Fourth, the ground bolt hole adopts the second grouting method, the reserved hole cross-section size and depth, refer to the two-lobe Roots fan shape installation diagram.
Five, two-leaf Roots fan installation of the foundation surface should be poured into a convex surface and level, according to the direction of the air inlet and exhaust port and the need for maintenance, the foundation surface should be left around a sufficient distance, fan base edge to the edge of the foundation distance is not less than 200mm.
Sixth, when installing, first check to confirm that the two-leaf Roots fan body without debris, that is, close the air inlet and exhaust port, thoroughly remove the pipeline rust and welding slag and other debris, and then connected to the fan, the requirements of the flange joint surface is not permitted to leakage, cleaning of the main and secondary oil tanks.
When the dust content in the conveying air medium exceeds 100mg/m3, it is recommended that an air filter be placed in front of the muffler at the air inlet.
Eight, the muffler should be set near the two-leaf Roots fan inlet and outlet.
Nine, close to the blower inlet and outlet of the straight pipe section, should be equipped with a safety valve or pressure instrumentation. When the two-leaf Roots fan is in overload operation, the instrument should be able to reflect or send an alarm signal.
